Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and stock inventory in organized warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits monthly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Team player with strong communication skills
