Your Responsibilities

- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring proper handling of all products.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (Reach Truck, Pallet Jack) in a safe and compliant manner.
- Perform inventory counts and stock management to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for distribution according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times (5S Standards).
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines while performing daily tasks.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
