Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inventory using digital tracking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments and verify accuracy of incoming/outgoing goods
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on products and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
