Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials within warehouse/facility
- Load/unload trucks while ensuring proper stacking and load security
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours in warehouse environment
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
