Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently at the dock and warehouse floor.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect, package, and label products for shipment with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be detail-oriented and prioritize safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
