Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Process incoming shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
- Pick/pack orders with 99.9% accuracy for timely delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain 5S compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
