Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy within SLA requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and conduct daily safety inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Flexible schedule including weekends and overtime as needed
