Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and manage inventory using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Pack, label, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain organized and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to safety protocols and continuous improvement standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
