Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform receiving duties, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory management to ensure stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
