Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and accurately
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Support loading/unloading operations and dock management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
