Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and accurately
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct regular cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming merchandise
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexible availability to work overtime as needed
