Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment to ensure quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Participate in cross-functional tasks as needed to support operational goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
