Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy standards
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in compliance with protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to all safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations
- Process inbound shipments and verify documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
- Must pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime
