Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners for accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts weekly
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and safety zones
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while meeting deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
