Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
