Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed using the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Unload incoming shipments and inspect goods for damage before storage.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in maintaining proper labeling and documentation for all outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts as business needs dictate.
