Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to load and unload shipments from trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Material Handling: Stack and restock inventory in designated storage areas.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
