Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipping in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and cycle counting.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to track inventory movement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Henderson facility.
- Willingness to work in various temperatures and conditions.
- Physical stamina required for standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
