Responsibilities
- Move products efficiently through the fulfillment center using various equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer systems to verify inventory and prepare orders for shipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety guidelines and Amazon's safety protocols at all times.
- Perform picking, packing, and labeling tasks with high accuracy to minimize errors.
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily performance targets and quotas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (loading docks, outdoor areas).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
