Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Package and prepare goods for shipment, adhering to safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet OSHA safety regulations.
- Update inventory records and assist in stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
