Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments according to company standards.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to adhere to all OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and order accuracy.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
