Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Equipment: Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire.
