Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to ensure smooth material handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Process shipments and manage return goods according to company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred for some positions).
