Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks in strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.
