Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from the warehouse shelves based on digital pick tickets.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack products securely, apply labels, and prepare them for timely dispatch.
- Quality Control: Verify that the correct items and quantities are selected to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep the picking aisles organized and free of hazards to maintain a safe workspace.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train enthusiastic newcomers.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
