About the Role:
Our Warehouse Associates play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. You will be responsible for managing inventory flow, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanners to track inventory.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventories.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and workflow issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for internal roles, but preferred).
