Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and verify contents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
