Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with precision and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse area is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a positive attitude.
