Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for shipping and receiving.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and scanning of orders.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (preferred but willing to train).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
