Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise with high accuracy to prevent inventory errors.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using standard packaging materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, as required.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners or RF devices.
- Forklift Operator Certification (preferred but training available for qualified candidates).
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
