Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for the accurate handling of inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against shipping documents.
- Prepare, package, and label products for shipment to customers.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training provided.
