Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move pallets and freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
