Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse space through strategic pallet stacking and organization
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error precision for timely fulfillment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
