Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy standards
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with OSHA compliance
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts for stock accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
