Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and organize inventory in our state-of-the-art facility
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with OSHA certification
- Adhere to all safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Way location
