Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and distribution processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Pack and ship orders according to quality standards and timelines
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in our WMS system
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform cycle counts and assist with annual inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
