Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy of deliveries
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage zones
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Way facility
