Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment safely and compliantly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in weekend overtime shifts as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification
- Reliable transportation to the 24/7 facility
