Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper pallet jack operation
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn tech systems
- Reliable transportation to South Seattle location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
