Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for timely customer fulfillment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in monthly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
