Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for shipment following quality standards
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas including racking and staging zones
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass background check and drug screening (post-offer)
