Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanning devices
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock checks and cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization documents
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
