Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and verify incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely per OSHA standards
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for daily shipments
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse team collaboration
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
