Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS software
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with certification
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly physical inventories
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
