Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and according to protocols.
- Perform physical tasks including loading and unloading trucks, sorting inventory, and moving stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety regulations strictly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software or handheld scanners.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
