Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and stock with precision.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a valid driver's license.
