Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing freight to ensure accuracy and proper handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks promptly to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization as required.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants and offer paid training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic math skills for inventory checks and order verification.
- Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
