Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using barcode scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in digital tracking systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging and shipping
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
