Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and package products to ensure quality standards and damage prevention
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and data entry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and 5S workplace organization standards
- Support loading/unloading of freight trucks with proper equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in tasks
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas may apply)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
