Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.9% accuracy for same-day shipping
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with OSHA certification
- Maintain organized inventory in FIFO system with real-time WMS updates
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies weekly
- Adhere to all safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for urgent order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience or relevant training
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
